This was a nice property. It was close to the casino area. There is a shuttle provided by the hotel that will transport you to and from the Golden Nugget or L’Auberge Casino. The front desk staff was helpful, but could have been a little more friendlier. The one was in good condition. There could’ve been a little more detailed to the cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfortable. The AC was nice and cold. There is a mini fridge and microwave in each room, which was very convenient. The breakfast was really good and there were many options. I would recommend this hotel. It is close to the casinos. There is a shuttle that transports to the casino so you don’t have to drive once you get there. There are restaurants close we ate at the Texas roadhouse which was really good. Just make sure you go online and add your name to the waitlist. Although there were a few areas that need were the pros outweigh the cons so I would go ahead and book this hotel if I were you.

The Staff was wonderful,they were very friendly! The Suite was ok, the living room was very plain Jane ,nothing comfy about it! The bathroom was nice , but the water never got hot,it was barely luke warm. The ice machines were very dirty and leaked.

The hotel was kept very clean and the staff were all very nice, however, our room didn’t have hot water. The elevator was also broken on the third floor which made it to where you either had to wait for someone to send the elevator up or take the 3 floors of stairs down. The room was also in need of some repairs and updates.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Place was clean. Though the room had some problems. Floor was saturated due to A/C. Staff upgraded my room which was great. Only other problem is having to call the front desk to get the elevator to the 3rd floor due to the up/down buttons being missing.
