It was just between friends, we were happy to have chosen this hotel, it is near Fremont and we feel safe the bathrooms are small and the hallway needs a renovation but overall it is a good hotel for a group of friends

The customer service was excellent; the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel and room itself was not. The room was really cold, the building smelled like cigarettes and like an artificial fruit smell. I was not expecting this place to have a bar/club on the first floor so going up to my room, I had to go through a bouncer. It was not what I was expecting and would definitely not stay here again.

First I could not find parking to check in. I went to the hotel to check in and had to wait in a line because its also a club. Once I get to the front I'm told that check-in is around the corner in a different building. Finally got checked in and received a parking pass but there was no parking in their tiny lot. They stated that they had available parking across the street in another lot. Well there was also a concert going on. I drove around for 45 minutes trying to find a spot. Got upset went back to check-in and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I parked 2 blocks away in a parking structure that cost me $30 to park. The room was fine, I only slept in it for a few hours and left. Won't be staying there again.

Such a fun place to stay! Room was clean. Fun activities in & outdoor… Free coffee in the AM with a toaster in the lobby. Just a block away from Fremont. Love that it has a 21+ room area… Only minor issue I would say is I feel the toilets should have more pressure. Other than that I would definitely stay here again 😊

Everything was super fun! The room was clean and organized. The AC was good but it wasn’t turning on as often, which could be cuz it was cold outsid. The check in lady was so nice and gave great advice for parking.

The room smelled AWFUL, I can’t even pinpoint the smell but it was bad. And you can’t open the window. Bathroom fan is horribly loud and of course turns on with the light. Bathtub has a handshower which is nice for ADA needs (like me) but the tub is too close to the toilet for some wheelchair users to transfer in and out of the tub. The room was nice enough outside of that. The bar/“nightclub” downstairs is okay. The bartender needs a refresher course though. Drinks were not good. And room doesn’t have fridge, microwave or any of that. Very odd. All in all it was an ok stay but would I do it again? No.

The toilet ran and flushed continuously. The tower rooms had to traverse a nightclub which wasnt at all busy, but still treated as an inconvenience.
