My major complaint is they say that all the poolside rooms are queens, but I happen to have a measuring tape with me and they are full-size beds. I knew it when we got in the bed because my husband and I sleep much more comfortable in our queen size bed at home. The front office is not helpful. However, the maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. It’s no-frills you get exactly what you paid for. Nice pool hotel staying on the poolside is much more quiet than the tower. The tower is definitely for party type people

Sheets were dirty looked like make up or dried blood, thankfully I bring an extra sheet of my own. I got bit in the night which caused my finger to swell terribly, place definitely was not kept up well. People smoking weed and cigars/cigarettes poolside which I brought kids so was not enjoyable. I did address it to the front desk and was told they would look into it. For the money it’s not worth the stay.

Do Not Go!!!

First we had been “upgraded” to a trailer unit… It was supposed to be nostalgic; but turned out to be a disaster.. Noisy all night and no hot water in the morning. After explaining it to the front desk and manager on duty, we were again “upgraded” to the original room of rented in the first place… Once we descended to the room, (via elevator) we were trapped for 10 minutes on the elevator! After a call for help, it started back up slowly allowing us to get off before the fire department showed up. Now heading into the room, we notice a strong smell of urine and smoke!! I went back to the office to notify not only did I get stuck in the elevator, and they should put it out of commission; but also that my “upgraded” room was uninhabitable due to the smells… A horrific experience and waste of time and money…

The property was not any type of resort. I eas charged a resort fee from expedia @ $40. $(20) per night . i was the. charged a additional $145 at checkin with $100 refundable. The bathroom was smaller then a closet . Their was no closet to hang or stor3 belongings, no fridge or coffee maker . nothing. the queen size bet was a twin not a queen. I will no longer be booking from expedia .
