Situated in a mature quiet neirborhood, A Guge Private Gated Guest House, Open Floorplan, Huge Kitchen, Open Dining Room and Living Room. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 Private Covered Patios, Ideal for entertaining and for having privacy. This space was remodeled and the construction ended 11/17/2018. Elegant, Modern Design and Décor. Everything is new. It has a full kitchen. The House can accommodate 8 people. We have pots and pans, plates and silverware for 8.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
