Checked in, room wasn’t available so had to switch rooms for one night, toilet was clogged in my new room, and last day there my water wasn’t working at all, not in the shower, sink, or toilet. When I spoke with a manager she just hung up on me and said either wait it out or check out.

The bed to hard & pillows uncomfortable. Woke each morning stiff and in pain. The water pressure is super low. I didn’t feel clean after my shower. Why did builders put child sized toilets in a hotel meant for full sized adults? I was completely unaware about additional fees & deposits required upon check in at the hotel, fortunately I could afford them. I will not use Hotels.com again nor will I stay on strip properties, especially The Palms.
