Interior of the unit itself wasn't cleaned all that well. The bathroom showers had hair in them, the curtains were musty smelling as were the bed linens. They were clean, I just think they weren't fully dry before being put up. Also the bathroom toilet seat was visibly soiled. The Kitchen was great and clean. The couch could use replacing as it is looking a little worse for wear. Also, I know you can't control it but the people in the unit directly above us were terrible. The were moving furniture and stomping all night long and extremely loud and noisy.

Suite was clean with roomy and comfortable TV sitting, dining was large enough for 6 people, and the beds were so comfortable. It was nice for each bedroom to have its own bathrooms. Kitchen met our needs for the seven days and the pool and hot tub were well liked.

We stayed here twice in a week. First stay was 5 star. So much so we booked it when we got back. Second stay had a few hiccups. 1. Pool and hot tub had WAY too much chlorine. Like eye burning just sitting in the hot tub. 2. Rooms next to the street are noisy. Those inside the property are superb. 3. Tried to extend our stay only to be told all bookings are done through 3rd party and so we’d have to check out, and check back in to extend our trip. We chose to find alternative accommodations due to the hassle. 4. Free strip shuttle is a bit of a hassle. May be worth an uber home for ease. That said, rooms are comfortable, well stocked kitchens, laundry, super close to everything you could possibly need. I’d likely consider staying here again.

Lovely place with plenty of space

Great space for the price and good location for our needs. Easy to get to the strip and also out to Red Rocks but not in a busy/loud place so our kids slept soundly a night. The unit we were in was showing its age a little but everything worked well (having laundry was a huge bonus) and the space more than made up for it.

We stayed here twice in the last week. First stay 5 stars in every way. Second stay had a few hiccups to mention. If you get a unit next to the street, it will be loud traffic noise. Also, tried to extend a day and was told all bookings are handled through 3rd parties and I would have to check out, leave and check back in. So not really able to extend stay. Minor things to an otherwise peaceful stay. Area is super convenient for shopping, dining, close to red rocks canyon. If you have a car you’ll love it. They have a free shuttle to the strip, but it’s a bit of a game to use and several guests at the pool were unhappy with its difficulty.

Property and room was very clean. Room was spacious. They said thwre was a shuttle to the strip but I never rode it so I can’t comment on that. I loved having easy laundry access and a private balcony.

Honestly I'm not sure how this property has a 9.2 rating. Our room was kind of dated and not equipped like shown in the pictures. Instead of a granite counter top we had damaged corian counters. The fire place, shown in the pictures, didn't exist. The kitchen is barely equipped with anything, only 1 pan, 2 pots, no blender, no oven sheets. We booked for 4 but there was only 1 small pillow and a mattress cover in the closet. No blanket, no sheets, nothing. After calling the front desk they told us to come down to get the missing items. You'd think they bring it to the room!? Unfortunately they weren't able to find the missing things and told me to wait. After waiting for approximately 15-20 minutes they had a sheet for me and told me that someone will bring the pillows and blanket to the room. The floors inside the unit need a deep clean!! It doesn't appear that there was a mop used recently at all.After walking a few steps without shoes our feet were dirty. Also, we had sticky spots on our floor throughout the kitchen. There's also a lot of dirt underneath the couch. 1 day the gym was closed from morning until afternoon for maintenance. I do understand the need of maintenance but maybe it would have been more guest friendly to close the gym at maybe 11am to give guests a chance to work out in the morning. Also the waterline tiles around the pool and hot tub need cleaning. In some areas you cant even tell that the tiles are blue. Other than that it's a nice and quiet propert
