Good points- staff in the reception named Nikolai was friendly and helpful with resto information, clean casino lobby. Not so good- shower was not cleaned as there were hairs on the side of the shower wall (lots of hairs). The night lamp near the beds was also not working.

I love the Palms. It’s a great property that’s off the strip, but close enough to be apart of the action the strip has. Lots to do on the property such as pools, spa, theater, night club, and dining options. I only gave it a 4 star because the room needs a bit of upgrades. Like furniture and minor things, but beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious.

The staff were very nice, but overall the stay was disappointing. When we entered the room, we noticed a cleaning rag had been left in the sink. Despite being on the 27th floor, there was significant street noise, including sirens and traffic. One morning around 4:00 a.m., an alarm began sounding somewhere in the building. When we called the front desk, they claimed they were unaware of it, even though we could hear the same alarm over the phone. The bed was fine, but the other furnishings were sparse and dirty. On another day, our room was not cleaned and we had to call twice; housekeeping did not arrive until late in the evening.
