Our room was next to the elevator on the second floor and we got virtually no sleep. The fees and taxes were also misrepresented on Hotels.com. They were higher at the hotel.

The pool is closed this time of year, not much to do outside with family. The grounds smell like a septic tank when you walk around??? Especially by the parking area. Hot tub in room is awesome! Professional work area is fantastic. Quiet cubes were helpful. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

All amenities are not included with your stay. Most are extra pay. I don’t understand why they mix the two making it very confusing for people to understand which things you can use and which are not. Take the massage chair out of the free gym if your don’t want people to sit on it, or put a sign that warns people “ $25 to use it “ It’s bizarre
