i have yet to get my security deposit and it's been a week. they say that they have escalated the issue and will have someone get back to me when they "figure it out" but i honestly don't see what's so difficult about sending me my money. this is outrageous and i do not recommend.

Room was in need of a renovation the carpet had several stains. Their main restaurant “hooters” has apparently been closed for over 6 months with no mention on the website. Very disappointing experience

Yes. The room was not satisfactory. There were shoes in the closet that belonged to a previous guest, still work, the phone didn't work? We asked them to bring blankets in towels multiple times before they were able to do so. Also, we ask for the Ruby clean twice before it was. Housekeeping staff that I encountered was not helpful after I requested something they never thank you with the request.I always had to go down to the front desk after the fact.And even then , I still had to go back down to different again. There was always an issue.It seemed like with the room either something didn't work or my request were ignored Multiple times overall i would give it a one out of ten.

I stayed at this hotel last month in December. I never received my security deposit back, when I speaked to customer service they claimed they released it. I would recommend never staying at this hotel unless you want to be scammed out of your money. 👎 Awful.

The room did feel neglected. Disgusting and we had to bring our own Lysol wipes to disinfect. We had to flip the beds to check for bed bugs, thankfully there weren’t any but there were stains on the sheets. + when we first checked in, they had me sign something and didn’t let me read it and was persistent for me to sign. So we didn’t use any of the amenities bf I was scared of being charged extra. I called for housekeeping and they never showed up, we had to go down to ask for toilet paper. I’d like a partial refund at least.
