The property was worn out, in serious need of a refresh. Services were limited -housekeeping by request not automatic, no bell hops, casino smoky and it is right by the airport so there is plane noise. Staff was friendly.

Front desk personnel were borderline rude when I arrived. Faucet was broken and leaking, sink was clogged, bathtub was clogged, food was still in the refridgerator from the last occupants, and there was a sticky substance all over the nightstand. I dont usually complain but this was so bad I had to say something. When I told the front desk he just said "ok thank you" without any remose or care.

The bathroom was dirty and the rooms were outdated. The sliding door to our 2nd floor balcony did not have a locking device on it so it was pretty much unlocked the whole stay even after telling the front desk.
