Horrible experience at LV Virgin for my daughter’s wedding! Booked a Corner Grand Suite for her & her fiancé months in advance. When they arrived at checkin time their room wasn’t ready, they were told that 3pm is the start of checkin but not guaranteed. They came back and they were put in a crappy room overlooking exhaust vents. I complained to hotel and Expedia and best I could do move them next day! That night they found out that their Best Man was able to checkin early plus got upgraded to a suite!! Not to mention I contacted the property ahead of time to let them know they were there for their wedding. Worst customer service ever! Checkin for another room was an equally horrible experience! The room was for 2 other wedding guests and was booked on a package thru Expedia. For some reason only 1 guest was listed at the hotel, the “non-listed” guest arrived earlier and was told they could not checkin until the other guest arrived! The other guest wasn’t arriving until the next day, so I had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone…finally Expedia agent talked to the front desk manager and sent over a confirmation that both guests should be listed and that it was a glitch in the hotel system. Adding insult to injury, at checkout we were charged a daily resort fee, which was supposed to be included on the package we booked and also found out we were supposed to have drink credits that they never gave us! It’s too bad that the service stinks because it’s a beautiful property!

Rooms are beautiful and the whole resort is kept exceptionally clean but it would have been really nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I also tried calling for room service and never got an answer. The pool area is beautiful too but we often had a hard time finding a lounge chair and the other pool, everything was always reserved.

This is a very nice, reasonably priced property with a great, service-oriented staff. If you have a request, they will address promptly. It is further from the strip, but the rooms are larger and very comfortable. They also have beautiful areas for relaxation.

Hi , the emergency alarm going off at 4am was annoying and very disturbing giving your on vacation and waking up at that time. We weren’t able to go back to sleep was kind of on edge . Then hearing it was false alarm was very Annoying. I know these happen but nobody from the hotel reached at all . I had to call then get offered $175 when it should have been the whole day .

great hotel with a few issues...rooms are fantastic...well appointed, but if you upgrade to a room with a pool view, be prepared to hear music blasting during the day as well as a lot of noise at night from what sounds like a nightclub and additional noise from the nearby airport...the nicer pool is allegedly owned by a third party and has paid seating for $25 and a $50 minimum food and beverage purchase in addition...again, the music sucks (I'm guessing a lot of it is AI) and is way too loud, but I guess on the plus side the combination of awful music and charging to get into the pool, helps to keep crowd size down...the casino is ok, small and not many people, but the slots play fair...food choices are few and not very good (give the buffet breakfast a miss) but there are a few restaurants in a nearby strip mall that look interesting...also, keep in mind the hotel is not on the strip if that's your thing...the spa is nice, but desperately needs a cold plunge pool...a few minor changes and this could be a 5 star experience.

The hotel and resort was amazing. The resort fee you pay is worth it alone for the pool access. Food options are not terrible, but would like to see one more option for breakfast besides the overpriced buffet. Sports book is a little small but a decent place to watch a game. Our major complaint with the stay was the noise from the lawn event area at night. The pool bar did have some loud music, but they turned that down by the time we were ready to head to bed. The concert going on in the lawn area rattled our walls until early morning. If we had a room that didn't face the resort, or would have been higher, I think we would have been just fine. I still would choose a resort facing room so you don't have to look at the street and hear the airplanes fly over all day.

The resort was amazing...many food options, beautiful, spacious rooms and the pools were gorgeous. 2 things we did not like...you are allowed to smoke on the casino floor and the refrigerators in the rooms were fully occupied with "for purchase" items only. we could not even put a bottle of water in it. Suggestions to have a fridge designated for the guests.
