Very convenient to the strip. Also conveniently located for Walmart and target as well as a quick care and a 24/7 Walgreens which was great when our son ended up with an ear infection late Sunday evening. The house itself was spacious even with 8 people staying, has comfortable beds, and had good supplies. The pool is a great size and the fence around is very appreciated with our young kids! It wasn’t heated and it was very windy and 70s the week we went so we didn’t use it other than to dip feet but the patio was great. The curtains are thin so if you want to sleep in bring a sleeping mask. The kids loved the board games and pool table. Communication quick with hosts. Would stay again for sure!

Ken should be a super host immediately. We were low on gas for our planned BBQ and told him no rush, he got us the new gas within 15 minutes!! That’s customer service. The place was clean, stocked and wonderful.

Our stay was good. The electricity in the kitchen did not work for 11/2 days and once the owner came by and showed me the electrical box it almost fell apart in front of me. However, he did get the lights on and in addition, the oven did not work. We started to cook breakfast but quickly learned that the oven light came but the oven did not work.

great location, convenient to stores and the airport. we frequented the china town area for meals, different boba places, and also grocery stores to cook at the house. nine of us (family of 4 plus friends) were in town for volleyball tournament. lots of fun memories - some jumped into the pool for cryotherapy; all of us played pool - some for the first time! thank you for the wonderful stay!

Decent house w a few issues.

Soon as we arrived at the property we walked the house, as many of us do. There were a few issues that we notified the owner and came out immediately to repair. For the inconvenience, he gave our family lots of pool accessories that our family greatly appreciate. Throughout our stay we noticed that alot of the furniture was very worn-out, drainage in the restrooms we very slow, lastly the kitchen is not well equipt (large pots, mixing bowls, and cookies sheets would have made our stay easier). Overall a great experience. This home has great bones just needs some TLC. Great location to super market and very close to the strip. AC works amazingly!!! We would love to come back to this property again, once upgraded.

Our stay was great. Accommodations were perfect for our family of 9. The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Location is great, near the strip, stores and restaurants around the corner. Ken is an awesome host, quick to respond to any questions or needs you have. Perfect Location in Las Vegas

This property is clean with comfortable beds. The owner was a delight to work with. We loved the location. Several grocery stores nearby, 20 minutes from the airport, easy drive to Red Rock Canyon. We hope to be back to this rental next year! Thanks!
