The goods - the room was spacious and clean - mini kitchen, cutlery, big sink - big fridge - relatively safe area - automatically lit walkway - plenty of street parking if you have a car - queen bed - reasonable price - straightforward communication of the host Things to be mindful of - Thin walls, some noises from other rooms could slip in (though very little) - raised ground at the door outside, need to be careful - low water pressure in the shower - mattress legs are a bit unstable - neighbor’s dog barking for a long period of time on some nights Overall a very nice stay

The property was very clean, but it may be wise to book a rental car instead of using Uber as it is a bit far from the Strip in that sense. Other than that, Fabrizio was very helpful and communicative. My only issue was the water pressure!

Place was big enough for 2. Quiet neibourhood. The space is very clean and tidy. Spacious fridge and good stove.Cooking area is pretty small with limited cooking utensils. Could offer better knives but that's just a small detail. Overall a good experience.

Location made it easy to get around for shopping and entertainment. Could use more utensils in the kitchen, like a can opener. one thing was out of our control, the use of marijuana in the area and not being able to effectively filter out the smell.
