I liked how cozy it was. It was a nice room that covered your basic essentials for a comfortable stay. Everything worked in my room (18). It was tidy and clean. The aesthetics need more improvements, furniture and fixtures are damaged but overall no real complaints in terms of experience.

The newly advertised $58 a night is much more proportionate to the actual value of the place, compared to what I paid in advance some months ago. Way over priced, especially with the extra $25 a night for a pet… but like I said I see prices have went down. No complaints about the place itself. It’s just down on Fremont Street and you gotta be aware of your surroundings. Close enough that Ubers are still cheap to get downtown. Easy check in and check out. Have some permanent residents but everyone was respectful. It’s good to see people getting off the streets. I would stay here again for downtown events.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful even with my late arrival. Room was clean for expectations and parking is plentiful. While I didn’t have a pet this time, they are pet friendly. I’d stay here again.

The only complaint I have is the beds were too hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. The room was clean. It was quiet. The beds were very uncomfortable. That’s the only complaint I have thank you.

The owners of this property were super welcoming and friendly. You can tell they care about their facilities and your experience. Parking was very convenient in front of our room. Would recommend for anyone traveling with your doggo!

Property and staffis good to stay if you have car. Located about 20-25 minutes walk from downtown. And in this, last 10 minutes towards this motel feels unsafe to walk late evening or night.

The room itself was clean and the staff I interacted with were kind, which I truly appreciated. However, as a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe staying at this property. The surrounding area felt uncomfortable, and the room door did not fully secure, which added to my concern. I ended up checking out shortly after arriving because I did not feel that the environment was safe for me to remain overnight. I explained this to the owner and asked if I could be refunded for the night I would not be using. Unfortunately, my request was declined, which was disappointing. While this property may be suitable for some travelers, I would not recommend it for women traveling alone or for those looking for a secure, peaceful stay. The location and lack of security features were ultimately dealbreakers for me.

I would stay again for good price

So I will say that the first impression of this place is creepy. But I will say that the room although it was a bit small was clean and comfortable and had everything that I needed for my stay. I didn't have any problems and no one bothered me. For the price I would definitely stay here again when I'm looking for a cheap Las Vegas stay. If you are looking for a luxury Las Vegas experience do not book this motel. But if you are wanting a clean comfortable place on a budget I would definitely recommend this place.
