Unfriendly front desk woman. We asked about parking since we couldn’t find the scan area, & asked if queen beds cost more and she said yes. I told her we had doubles but paid for queens. She said no. Issue with parking continued so we asked for refund that was charged to the room bc we had to pay when we exited and said said we shouldn’t have put the ticket in but call the customer help instead.

The entire Motel itself just stinks like old thick cologne intentionally. The parking is mile away from the room elevators. The front desk clerk literally was unhappy that he had to serve me and told me that at check-in. The check-in computers were not working. There was only two desk attendants checking in everybody. And very disgruntled about their job. They smell alone is making me nauseous I am going to transfer motels for the rest of my stay
