My place is great for families, couples and climbers located on the west side of Las Vegas (about 10-15) minutes from the strip. There are double pillow top beds, 85 inch in living area and TVs in every bedroom with cable! Beautiful back yard with a private pool and spa, which can be heated at no attritional cost between March and the end of November.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities including a water park and a hot tub.

A fabulous home in a great location. Check-in was easy and all of the instructions given to us were helpful and easily understood. The home was quiet and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed. Although we did not use the pool, we enjoyed having the use of the hot tub. The host was wonderful and quickly responded when we had any question. We loved staying here and would highly recommend the home to anyone. Hope to stay again in the future.

Between my husband and myself there are 7 kids. We all met in Vegas for a graduation. This house was perfect for all of us to get together relax and just enjoy time together. The host was just a phone call or text away. Responded immediately. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Worked well for our family get-together with dogs

Ari is easy to work with and responsive. We had to check in slightly early to drop off bags and dogs to make room in the car for airport pickups of family members. Ari was very accommodating about this. The property was clean and dog friendly. The house is well-stocked and the A/C works well. We used both the pool and spa several times during our stay and really enjoyed using the backyard. It is conveniently located whether you are a fan of the Strip or Red Rocks. The house is easily the nicest house in the neighborhood in which it is situated. We encountered only friendly neighbors on our dog walks but it was disconcerting at first. All in all, we really loved our stay and would consider renting from Ari again.

Relaxing stay

Overall this was a nice property for our family to get together. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the backyard a lot. There were a few amenities we wish were provided, like regular body soap/shampoo/conditioner in the upstairs bathroom (these were provided only in the downstairs bathroom). (There was leftover baby soap and shampoo from previous guests upstairs though). The floors were also a bit dirty like they hadn’t been mopped in a while (just vacuumed) which we didn’t love with a one year old walking/crawling around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here for an extended weekend getaway.
