Totally enjoyed our stay in The Orleans, except the room could’ve benefitted from having a small fridge. Although the rooms are nonsmoking, there was a smell lingering in the rooms when we returned in the evening but this may have been down to the vast amounts of air conditioning units positioned on a flat roof a couple of floors down from our room, probably extracting smokey air from the casino.

Bad toilet

On our first day of our stay, the toilet almost overflowed, so we called Housekeeping to have a repair person come fix it. It worked okay, but on the second day, the toilet overflowed and toilet water was all over the bathroom floor. I called Housekeeping again and he came within 30 minutes to fix it. He called for maid service to come to our room for cleaning the floor up and for more towels, since we had to use them to soak up the water.
