On The evening of Sept. 17th Appoximately 11pm I asked a manger in charge by the roulette gaming area for assistance on a player card . Totally blow me off , he does not care about customer service . To describe him- tall , causasian male , balding hair , grey suit . Just awful .

It was much better than staying on the strip. I'm not crazy about the smoking in the casino but because the smokers are the gamblers we all have to put up with it. The room was large, clean and comfortable.
