"Over all the stay was great. The room furniture could use an upgrade. Pillows were awesome!! Please check the work out room there was only one elliptical and treadmill that worked. With this busy of a hotel you could use even more than two of each. Food was great. We love oatmeal which we were surprised you didn't have any, Unless we missed it. Front desk was great! We are taking advantage of your special and coming back next year."

"The property is great, it was our second time staying here and everything went smoothly! We love the shuttle to Silver Dollar City although I would mention they don’t run some days so best to call ahead! We love the hot tub and the aqua trikes were so much fun for our kids! We love the pools and hot tubs and they have cute little festival areas for the kids at holidays. The only changes I would love to see here are shuttle everyday (it’s one of our biggest reasons for choosing this resort), an ice machine somewhere would be lovely and an 11:00 checkout would be so much better and is more in line with most of the other places we’ve stayed in Branson."
