There was a large group at breakfast this morning. On the table it said to keep your stay there werent many places to sit and you werent allowed to take your food to your room. to 30 minutes or less.

It was a good stay. We only had 2 complaints. The pool in building 2 was pretty chilly. Hard to enjoy it with our kids. Also the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, we liked the hotel and the people.

The room felt “wet”. They did work on air conditioning, it was better, but felt they should have offered different room. Food was good, however we had a week stay and it didn’t change much.

I thought the whole castle thing was a cute idea. The only staff member I had to talk to was the person at the front desk who checked us in, they were friendly and polite. The room we stayed in had a bathtub with jets in it, it was wonderfully relaxing. We didn’t really explore the other amenities offered at this location but we saw that it had an arcade and 2 indoor pools and decided we needed to come back with our kids. Overall, great experience.

On line it said pool was open until midnight. Thats why i booked here. When we got here found out pool closed at 10. Was very disappointed as most shows let out at 10 and we wanted to come back and relax afternoon in the pool and hot tub.

Weren't happy being on 3rd floor of 3rd building not realizing there were 3 buildings. Managed to get moved to 2nd building 1st floor. Near pool. Breakfast on 2nd floor of 2nd building. Unfortunately, there were sightings of a few roaches. And did see what appeared to be boric acid in the corners of the bathroom.

Room was very clean and quiet. We were on the 4th floor. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Ham and scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and waffles, etc. Beautiful area outside garden falls to eat. If We would havve had time we would jave used the pool and hot tub!
