The staff were friendly and courteous. Check in was seamless. The rooms and all areas that we visited were very clean. Breakfast was simple and delicious. The hotel is a little dated, with need of cosmetic care, but overall that did not impact the cleanliness. The guest entrance to building 2 from the parking lot does not close completely so the lock doesn't engage. There were various building noises throughout the night, but overall a quiet stay. If your expectations are reasonable for the price point of the hotel, this was a great stay and a great value and we would come again!

Tub did not drain, things were not super clean. We were told that ‘they would move us rooms, but they were full’ and ‘a plumber would check on it in the morning’. We never saw a plumber.

Staff was friendly. Hallways and entryways were kind of dated. Room was nice and clean, but small stains on the curtains, bed sheets, and inside of the shower curtain. Breakfast was entirely way too busy. There was barely any room to move around to get food, let alone find anywhere to sit.

Great location. Close to everything. Breakfast bar was a plus. Really enjoyed our visit. Only complaint would be on Friday night, parking was horrible. I will avoid weekends in the future. Other days were great. I understand though it's Branson and weekends are busy.
