We had a partial lake view room in the Romulys tower. The view was amazing. A nice view of rhe lake and surrounding hills. The room was spacious, the bed com very comfortable, and they even had a coffee maker and fridge in the room. Lots of dining ootions in and around the hotel. Overall great stay for a few days to explore Tahoe!

The rooms are fine, there are restaurants in the area, but the advertised pricing is deceptive. There is a sizable mandatory resort fee and parking fee which tripled the advertised $30+/- room fee. Be honest in your advertising!

The view was good except most of it was the roof, a lot of the building was under construction, the casino was nice but again under construction in spots, I got free parking so that was good and easy parking, the staff was ok but some could have been a little friendlier. Over all it was a good stay and I may come back!!

I was staying with my daughter on the 14th floor. The hotel was clean and neat. The service was fine. I was very disappointed, though in the noise level above our ceiling area that sounded like something rolling back-and-forth like heavy carts, or some type of mechanical movement that would occur in intervals every few minutes and it kept us up all night. It was very loud. It almost sounded like a roller coaster over and over again. I don’t know what it was in the front desk didn’t have any explanation. It was overhead as though it was on the 15th floor. We were staying in room 1452. Something very loud was going on overhead. That was really not acceptable for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Room was clean and comfortable except a roach showed up and crawled on the desk! I had a partial view room. Nice amenities offered such as an iron/steamer and ironing board, a tall closet for hanging clothes vertically, coffeemaker, snacks and drinks (chrges applied) and fridge. Bathroom nicely renovated. Hotel currently goes through renovation which was not mentioned on hotels.com but important info to include. Was here at company summit and was trying to time my sleep time for the morning events but unfortunately woken too early bc jackhammers started at it at 7:30! Nice restaurants on the property. Nice souvenir shop. Close to golf course and beach. Overall a great location.
