I was staying with my daughter on the 14th floor. The hotel was clean and neat. The service was fine. I was very disappointed, though in the noise level above our ceiling area that sounded like something rolling back-and-forth like heavy carts, or some type of mechanical movement that would occur in intervals every few minutes and it kept us up all night. It was very loud. It almost sounded like a roller coaster over and over again. I don’t know what it was in the front desk didn’t have any explanation. It was overhead as though it was on the 15th floor. We were staying in room 1452. Something very loud was going on overhead. That was really not acceptable for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Room was clean and comfortable except a roach showed up and crawled on the desk! I had a partial view room. Nice amenities offered such as an iron/steamer and ironing board, a tall closet for hanging clothes vertically, coffeemaker, snacks and drinks (chrges applied) and fridge. Bathroom nicely renovated. Hotel currently goes through renovation which was not mentioned on hotels.com but important info to include. Was here at company summit and was trying to time my sleep time for the morning events but unfortunately woken too early bc jackhammers started at it at 7:30! Nice restaurants on the property. Nice souvenir shop. Close to golf course and beach. Overall a great location.

This property is in a great location near the village with lots of dining and shopping. One tip, don't book the Remus tower if you are sensitive to noise. Music pounds until very late, we had to move rooms at 1230am. We were on the 7th floor and it was still loud

Our room on the 18th floor was lovely. We upgraded upon check-in. I told the gentleman I would like to be able to see the sun set behind the lake and he made it happen. It was a sunset for the ages and I was truly grateful.

Housekeeping never came to my room, even after three calls and requests across a six hour period. Really unprofessional man who worked the Housekeeping phone on Saturday. Hope this review hits his desk, as he is deserving of a demotion.
