The hotel is very nice but as far as our room, the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable and the smoke detector had a bright light shining down on my face all night so I didn’t sleep well. We had the temp set to 65 but I don’t think it was working because I was hot all night. For the money it costs, I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is top tier. The service we received was second to none. Beyond the amazing views, good food, cleanliness, and amazing facilities, we were so impressed at how every staff member was phenomenal in their roles, from front desk, to servers, bar tenders, room service, housekeepers, shuttle bus driver and valet, I really couldn’t rate any one team above the others. Everyone was phenomenal. We can’t wait to return!

Rude and busy bartenders. Restaurants are always busy and unable to get booking. After all the wait, food is sub par. No apologies and no concern. These guys need to visit Asia or other countries to understand hospitality. Not a dig. Just genuine heartfelt comments. Very dissapointed.

First, let me start by praising the staff. They were simply following inept rules…like asking if I had reservations when 50 tables were empty and then they placed us at the worst location…or turning us away because I had (really expense) shorts, Hawaiian shirt and shoes (not sandals) but then let a different couple in when the woman had basically the same outfit on that I did, and WE WERE STAYING AT THE RESORT!!!! Said screw this and saved money and had a whole lot more fun at local recommended sites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner… Final straw was out last day there. After having spend $1200+ on a couples spa the day before (highly recommended!!!!), I was approached on the last three, and famous, holes on the course (16-18) and told to pick up the pace…wait, the group in front of us was keeping us held up but we weren’t complaining. Nope, it was the group behind us that were a bunch of regulars and then we only saw them twice and that was on the front nine! After rushing through the holes that run along the Tahoe shoreline, the group behind us silly-dallied and we’re 2 full holes behind us. Moral of the story, stay and play elsewhere
