"The staff at this location were absolutely amazing, very friendly and very helpful. The only problem we had was the indoor heated pool. I actually booked this particular hotel because they had the pool. Unfortunately, there was some sort of chemical floating all over the surface. So much so that I didn't think it was healthy to go in the pool."

"You need to be conscious of what you are paying vs expectations. I stayed one night because next day I was going on a cruise. Super friendly and helpful staff, great shuttle service, breakfast was ok. Many people give low ratings because they want to pay cheap and expect 5 stars, Alaska is expensive and mostly during cruise season. Understanding the above… then this is a good hotel for your money. If you are staying more than 1-2 nights I would recommend a different place if you want to enjoy amenities etc. but dont expect luxury if you are not willing to pay top $$$."
