When we arrived at the airport I called to have the shuttle pick us up. We only had about 7 hours before we needed to get back to the airport. I was told the shuttle would come but they didn't know how long it would be. When I asked, the lad said she would check. She put me on hold and never came back. I hung up after 5 or so minutes, waited 5 minutes, then called back. A different person answered, put me on hold, then got disconnected about 2 minutes later. I called back a third time and they hung up on me after about a minute of waiting. We ended up taking a taxi for $15.
When we checked in we ended up at one of the furthest rooms. When we got to the room, the door key didn't work. I went back to the front desk and had the lady reprogram the keys. She said if they didn't work to call up to the desk and they would give me new ones. Of course they didn't work. I called, walked almost all the way back to the desk and one of the ladies came out with a new set of keys.
When I asked at the desk about a morning shuttle I was told there was one at 0445. We arrived at the front dest at 0430 and no now was around. After looking around we found the shuttle schedule that said they left at 0420 because they were full. After a few minutes we heard someone in the office and I yelled to them. The lady came out and when I asked about the shuttle, she said they only had them a 0415 and 0515, which means the people working the night before told us the wrong time.
