I like it beacause it was close to the airport and there is few places to eat around it.What I didn’t like was the transportation from the airport to the hotel,it never showed up.i made reservations for 915pm and there was a whole bunch of guests waiting for a ride to get to the hotel but the shuttle never came,so we all took a different shuttle because we are all tired of waiting for the the ride.

Great hotel arriving in Anchorage

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and they provided extra towels. The breakfest was really good and the coffee was fresh. Thank you so much. Very refreshing after a long flight from Michigan.

Could not reach the hotel by phone. No wifi- the front desk said it wouldn’t reach the 3rd floor . No coffee in the room (Corporate won’t provide it- said the front desk) No room for us on the shuttle- the van was always too full. The list goes on and on.

Good for an overnight...

But a longer stay might not be confidant enough. The location is a little run down and worn. I've stayed in better and worse. Worth what we paid.

Despite advertising there is an airport shuttle it is not functional. I ended up taking an Uber to the airport. Front desk service/response is nonexistent. The luggage carts i used were both broken. Room itself was good.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had

Was told I could receive a refund as plans changed and I would be staying somewhere else, they would just charge a cancellation fee which I agreed to. Now they’re saying I never showed up and charged the full price. Only stayed for about 40 minutes in a dirty room with unclean pillows and bedsheets with red stains on them, and staff on the phone for shuttle (number is not even right, I had to call the hotel not the one it says to call for shuttle) and the lady sounded annoyed same thing when I arrived to check in. I also turned in the key thinking I would just be charged the cancellation fee so they knew I wasn’t staying there, just blatantly lying. Horrible, don’t waste your time with this scam
