The room was soo cold. Something was splattered on the edge of the drapes as well as the outlet next to it. Sheets had stains. The ceiling tile in the entrance is hanging down. The sliding wooden bathroom door is chipped and in disrepair. The toilet paper holder barely stayed on the wall.

There were no clean rooms even at 8pm. After an 18hrs flight having to wait for my room is not a very good experience. It was a long wait because the lady at the FD appears inexperienced.

Loved how nice employees were. Mary at front desk was very helpful. She offered us water, free breakfast and engaged in nice talk. Room attendant brought us a new refrigerator and fixed power cord. Will come again.

Hotel was clean and had a good atmosphere. Restaurant was good. Staff were friendly. Only issue was that the central heating wasn’t working so our room was being heated by a little space heater. That's pretty rough when it's below zero outside.
