I really like this hotel — it’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. However, customer service needs improvement. I called the front desk several times for help, but no one ever answered. When I went downstairs, there were no employees at the desk, and other guests were also waiting for assistance. Eventually, a housekeeping staff member had to find someone to help.
Despite this issue, I’ll be staying here again on October 26–28 because I genuinely like the hotel and believe it has great potential. I hope to see better front desk service during my next visit, as this could easily become one of the best stays in the area.
