This is definitely a home and not a generically decorated, otherwise vacant investment property. There was personality. I was there with a few branches of my family and there were plenty of comfortable places to congregate. The backyard/pool area was definitely the highlight. Gary was a very communicative host and all information about the house was very clearly presented.
