We were unable to re-enter the hotel after a power outage. It was unsafe to go back in when we returned around midnight. There was a total blackout in the parking lot and inside the hotel. The hallways were totally black. Some friends of ours had to use their cell phone light to get to their room to get their belongings. We left about $20 worth of items inside. There was no one at the service desk. I contacted hotels.com for a refund.
