Was given a room key and when I got to the room it clearly hadn’t been cleaned; the bed was not made and there were no towels or toilet paper. Went to front desk and the male attendant said “oh”. No apology or anything. Rooms were not clean. Lots of women’s hair everywhere including on the towels and sheets. Toe nail clippings in front of the door. Ew.
