My Stay at Hometowne Studio

The parking was very convenient which was in front of the room. The reservation clerk was friendly and professional. My only complaint was the bed spread was very cheap and thinly made. It would be nice to upgrade the quality of the bed spread to keep the customers warm due to the air conditioning blowing right by the bed.

Never again.

Staff was rude and terrible. Knocked on door like they were ICE agents telling us to get out of the room at 11:20 am. I tried to explain that I had the room for two nights. The guy insisted that I was lying and 10 minutes later banged again threatened to call police. I went to office 10 min later and he apologized and said he was wrong. Terrible experience.

Floors were extremely dirty, food or drink stains on the walls, dirty shower. 2 days i had to get my key reactivated. The Wifi was horrible. One of the 4 nights I had no hot water. People were loud hanging outside near my room drinking beer. If i wouldn't have paid for the 4 nights i would have left. This was a horrible experience. I will not return.
