Did pre-check in online, requested a 3pm arrival. Room wasn't ready at 3:30. Bathroom was still filthy (sand in the sink and it wouldn't drain) for a room we had to wait for. Front desk clerk at arrival wasn't friendly, departing front desk clerk was awesome. Construction debris in the hallway, so not sure the last time it was vacuumed. We have stayed here before, so it was our go-to hotel in the area.

The room was very clean. Hotel is under construction which was not stated at booking. I wasn’t given any information about breakfast, and there was no information about it or other offerings in the room. I was t sure if it was included, or what was offered food and drink wise. No iron in room, I needed one.

We never got a chance to experience the breakfast or bar, we requested a refund within 10 minutes of checking in. Our first room had hair all on the bed and the 2nd room that was offered to us, the sink had crumbs all on the counter, there was drops of blood in the tub with soap residue on the soap holder, the light in the hallway was constantly blinking on and off. Caused a migration. We spoke with Candace and inquired about a refund. She stated we'll have to do it the Expedia and they'll call her to confirm.

I booked and paid for a deluxe king and if I did not read the paperwork I was going to be put in a 2 queen room. I mentioned it and was upgraded to a suite which is pretty much a one bedroom not sure I would call it a suite. The a/c felt stuffy set at 69 but got cold at 66. There was a dead wasp in the window. No black out drapes. The elevator stopped working and a staff had to come fix it which included turning it on and off several times. The staff was very friendly. Wish there was breakfast included though they did have it for a fee. Drop the name Wyndham if you aren’t 100% representing that name!

Only reason why I booked at this hotel was because of the indoor pool amenity, and come to find out in the morning, when I was ready to take my son to pool. We found out pool was out of service, due to remodeling (been remodeling since feb 2025) per hotel employee. No where on Expedia was it stated that pool was out of service or that hotel is under remodeling stages . Also hotel states on all playforms that it offers full breakfast, when we went down in the morning to breakfast we were told they offered a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, (toast and cereal) that’s it. Was very disappointed, it’s convenient to be near the casinos but there is also about 20 hotels in the area we could have stayed at but once again, limited to the ones with an indoor pool. Room was okay, comfortable but a bit outdated. I would not recommend unless you just need a bed to sleep in for the night. Once again very disappointed on our visit.

No one was at the desk and took awhile before someone showed to check us in. The girl was super sweet though. We have two rooms and both had different but horrible smells. Bathrooms were not clean. Looked like used towels. White stuff in the sink, could be lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, no clue but wasn’t going to figure it out. 3 of the 4 beds didn’t have fitted sheets nor a top sheet between you and the comforter. Toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. Many other issues but I am too tired to continue this. Not worth $50 let alone the $200 I spent.

After a 6 hour drive got to hotel an hour early. I arrived to a girl texting on her phone as I stood there, very unprofessional. I asked if we could check in but was told I would have to pay $40 for early check in. Disappointing as I have never been asked to pay extra at other hotels for early check in. I received an email that I would be getting a renovated room which did not look renovated. My AC was loud and did not cool properly, the door from my restroom did not close properly, had to lift and pull the door with strength to close it. I had other family stay as well and we were hoping to swim but pool was closed which was also disappointing. Would not recommend, I expected more from this hotel.

They are doing work to make nice but seemed like it was probably a flood hotel, room smelled of mold. Sink backed up, did not leave towels in room for all guests(2). Soaps were empty in the shower. Unfortunately could not recommend
