If you want a gambling holiday this is a suitable place but if you're traveling for work or pleasure, maybe not so much. There was a $17.50 "resort" fee even though Expedia said all charges were included in the price. Breakfast "for a fee" was minimalistic cafeteria style grab and go ... and the coffee was the worst I've ever had. Valet parking was appreciated because we arrived with a rainstorm. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Went with friends and we had a blast. Not the newest hotel but it was clean. Loved the casino and track, didn’t win but it was fun. The waitresses were not really walking around often , had to track them down in casino. Overall worth the stay and then heading to lake charles for day to the bigger casinos.

Enjoyed our stay it was our first time staying at a casino. The only negative thing I can think of about our stay is they were understaffed and didn’t have their waterslide available for kids to use and that was one of the reasons we chose this place to stay.
