The room was spotless. The location is excellent, the Cathdral across the street and excellent restaurants all around. A few blocks to the malecon and walking distance to bus depot. Chedraui grocery store a
Couple of blocks away. Felt very secure in building. And Anna, the manager is a gem - so welcoming and accommodating.

It’s not a Hotel it’s an Airbnb. No lobby No reception No restaurant No bar just a place to sleep and shower
The room was in good condition and the staff was amazing. The central location made it perfect for morning walks on the malecón and grabbing coffee. I would have rated it higher, but most nights loud music from next door made it hard to sleep.
Casa Velasco boasts an excellent location, praised for being clean, having spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, I cannot recommend this hotel due to an extreme noise issue. There is a bar right next door that plays loud music until advanced hours of the night, and the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear neighboring conversations. As a result, I was unable to get any sleep or rest during my stay.

Ana was a very good host. it was not a good day for me and she took the time to make me feel welcome. Hotel is close to everything, walking distance to all of the Malacon. Would recommend them to everyone.
The room was gorgeous very clean. The only thing that was a little bit harsh was there was no elevator. The people are very nice helpful but if you’re strong go for it, we had two big luggage but the place is gorgeous and it has everything and it’s downtown I would stay there again.
Casa's location is so convenient, you have a cafe next door and lots of restaurants to choose from. It is a short walk to the Malecon, the ocean promenade. There is a sitting area and beautiful stained glass windows. Unfortunately room 6, although lovely, faces the street and has street noise and sometimes loud music from the restaurant (one out of three nights) so if you are a light sleeper I would ask for a different room. Overall, a great place!

The host was great. Rooms were clean and the hotel was just a walk to the beach and restaurants.
The hostess was most accommodating. The building is beautiful, the room very comfortable, and its setting two blocks from the Malecon was so convenient. Will stay there again when we return to La Paz.
