Very nice new property. Great customer service. Good breakfast. Great views of the all bay. Only thing is a small plunge pool for guests with no lounge chairs, a nicer big pool would it be amazing.

I've stayed at the Centro location of HBlue Hotel as well as the Malecon location, but I think I like the Malecon location better. Both stays were excellent. Extremely comfortable and clean, amazing value, friendly staff and a stunning view from the rooftop pool. They've earned my loyalty - I won't stay anywhere else in La Paz except for HBlue, and I'll be happy to come back anytime!!

En mi avitación no salia água caliente solo en la regadera, y un problema en las targeras, para usar el elevador y para abrir la avitación, tenias que buscar algúnas vecés a alguien del personal, para ayudarte, muy rico el desayuno una vista preciosa al Mar personal muy atento, un poco de ruido por la construccion de a lado muy moderno. Si volveria a reservar.

The pool is not of a splash pool and is about 2 feet deep. It’s great for cooling off but you have to go through the restaurant to get to it. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. We had two king size beds in our room. There is plenty of space. The staff are extremely nice and personable. The restaurant staff are very attentive. Mayra was our server on our first day and made sure we had everything we needed.

The staff were very rude and had horrible service at the restaurant.. Showed up to the restaurant and hostess asked me if I had a reservation. I told him no and he said a needed a reservation when the place was pretty much empty. I felt very unwelcomed!!!
