Welcome to La Baule, in this beautiful apartment, ideal for a weekend or family holidays. Able to accommodate up to 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children, you will have all the necessary comfort to feel at home. As a bonus, you will even have the opportunity to have your breakfast accompanied by the sound of waves, since the apartment overlooks the sea (side view from the terrace). Disconnection guaranteed!
Inside, everything is planned: a living/dining room with a minimalist decor, with a television, and a fully equipped independent kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle). On the night side, you will find a beautiful bedroom with access to the terrace, equipped with a queen size bed and a second bedroom, communicating with the first one with a trundle bed, perfect for accommodating two children. Each room has its own access. Finally, you will have a bright bathroom with a washing machine.
The terrace will allow you to enjoy a good breakfast before leaving for a day at the beach.
A parking space is made available to you.
