Perfectly located just 450 m from La Baule's large beach, you can enjoy it at any time of the day, whether for a morning walk on the sand, a refreshing swim in the middle of the afternoon or an aperitif while admiring the sunset. Moreover, if you wish to enjoy your meals outdoors, a fitted terrace awaits you, with access to the shared garden of the residence. For a moment of relaxation away from the salty water, you can also enjoy two community pools open from 15 June to 15 September.
