Come and stay in this spacious and modern house, ideal for welcoming up to 8 people, and come and discover La Baule! This charming coastal town, both peaceful and dynamic, offers you magnificent beaches and numerous outdoor activities to make the most of your holiday.
You will be able to relax in a private garden with terrace, perfect for enjoying your breakfasts in the open air or even dining under the stars. The house is fully equipped and renovated to offer you all the necessary comfort, with warm and welcoming living spaces.
Just three kilometres from the beach, you can easily cool off during the day or take a stroll along the coastline, whilst discovering local shops and restaurants.
Upon entry, you will discover a spacious living room with a large sofa and a flat-screen television. Next to it, a dining room, equipped with a large table that can bring together the whole family or your group of friends for convivial meals. The marble American kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. You will also find a coffee maker, a toaster, an air fryer and a kettle to complete your comfort.
Still on the ground floor, a first bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200) awaits you, accompanied by a desk if you wish to work. You will also find a first bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
Upstairs, you will have four other bedrooms: three with double beds (140x190) and one with a single bed (90x190). Still upstairs, an additional bathroom is at your disposal, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer for your comfort.
