Appart' parfait, hyper calme Ă  cette pĂ©riode. Propre et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Le pare douche est vraiment Ă  revoir, l'eau reste dans l'angle de la baignoire et le pare-douche ne l'empĂȘche pas de couler Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du coup on met systĂ©matiquement de l'eau partout et on doit Ă©ponger le sol avec chaque douche. Sinon on aurait bien aimĂ© trouver une tape pour rĂąper les carottes ProcĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e pas au point mais la personne en charge du dossier a Ă©tĂ© disponible immĂ©diatement et nous a immĂ©diatement donnĂ© la solution. On Ă©tait globalement trĂšs contents, on reviendra si le logement est dispo et si les tarifs restent interressants.

Residence agreable a 400 metres de la plage

Residence de standing, parc tres agreable, appartement avec terrasse au 4ieme etage. Un canape lit permettrait d enlevzr les lits superposes a l entree, appartement trop "chargé". Plage de parking non numerotee qui est souvent occupee. Aucune des piscines n est chauffee contraiement au descriptif. Dalles de l entree de l immeuble non fixees pour certaines et donc tres dangereuses. Le centre ville de la baule est a 3,5 km, la plage de pronichet a 400 metres.
