Hotel was cold on arrival and the room was the same. Free parking was offered on check in however we had already paid from the signs on the car park. So £5.40 wasted. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was lovely. Was good value for money

Beds creaky and uncomfortable. Cold water came out as a trickle. Window wouldnt lock and we were on the ground floor. Breakfast awful! Bread stale, childrens cereal, no sausage, bacon and eggs looked powdered. Hot drinks in paper cups and no fresh milk. Freezing cold in breakfast area.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable in all respects and the cooked buffet breakfast enjoyable. We were late arriving, as advised beforehand, and were more than happy with the way we were received. I do not aways write reviews but this one was well deserved.
