"I can’t say enough about how amazing this house was for us! Plenty of space to accommodate my husband, 3 kids and myself with room to spare. It’s a very well taken care of home with all the things you need if staying temporarily. The house has a good sized fenced backyard which is very helpful if you have pets. Location is very near to the highway, restaurants, grocery store, and fast food so you don’t have to venture far for anything. The property manager was very accommodating and returned my messages within hours. If we weren’t moving here I’d book this house again. Thank you so much for being such a great host!"

The property is absolutely perfect it's 5 Acres you feel like you're on a upscale Farm there's horses they have goats and chickens they have a great bonfire that you can use every night if you want to and he will have it ready for you the next day amazing! ( when you arrive there will be fresh chicken eggs in the refrigerator from his chickens and if you need more just let him know he gave us more eggs anytime we needed them) There is an outdoor grill we used two or three times even got us the wood for the grill and we used the bonfire to make s'mores check we made some great memories at this property and the host is just awesome there's no other word for it a great people super friendly very helpful just good down to the Earth people the best STAY we have ever had at any property by far I would give it 10 Stars instead of five if I could if you don't go to this property you're missing out!"

"Clean. Comfortable. Conveniently located. Beds and couch were comfortable . Starter supplies were provided. We chose this home because it was very close to King’s Landing for those wishing to kayak Emerald Cut. (Ask for Nigel and book a tour. ) It was also close to Kelly Park/Rock Springs which is beautiful and you need to arrive around 6-6:30 am to get your place in line. Great picnic, natural lazy river, 3-3.5 feet deep with lifeguards present. Great family place. Clean. You are an hour and twenty minutes from (Ocala) Silver Springs State Park (glass bottom boat tours and kayaking). Ocala also has a drive in movie. You are 30 minutes from Orlando. Very little traffic even though it was July 4th week. We also visited SeaWorld, Typhoon Lagoon, and City Walk(free parking after six pm). Apopka had a nice, free fireworks/music/bouncy house event. When we got back, residents across the lake did fireworks as well, so that was nice to see from the screened porch. We saw a lot of birds and lizards and an orange tree from the screened porch. There are two Publix locations and a Walmart within 20-30 minutes away each. This is a great, safe, quiet, calm home and neighborhood and everything was as pictured. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed looking out at the lake/pond in the backyard while playing Jenga and Uno on the porch. The enclosed entryway was helpful for storing shoes. Everything worked like it was supposed to and the owner was super nice and helpful. July 1-9, 2023"
