The room was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted with a friendly hello and a smile from the cleaning staff. The reception desk/check in was less than welcoming but not rude. The kids loved the indoor pool. It was very clean as everything was. The Bartender was very friendly and accommodating . The Breakfast bar was good, but could have had bacon,fruit,waffles or pancakes to make it better.

Have stayed here multiple times in the past, but this wasn’t the same standard. Pool and hot tub needed chemicals, no decaf coffee for breakfast, a lot of the breakfast was stale and overcooked. My grandson was really disappointed that there was only mini muffins for sweets. Room was fine except hot! It was 12 degrees yesterday morning and we had to keep the thermostat at 60 to be comfortable.
