Horrible stay at quality inn

Had a horrible stay at the quality inn. Had to get my card rescanned twice to get back into my room. There was a bug on the wall right when we walked in the room and no hot or warm water for showering. Very displeased with this place. Would not recommend

The smell is our room was atrocious! When we asked for extra towels they wanted to charge us. The waffle mix was watered down. Rooms are dated. Carpet in hall was disgusting. Breakfast area tables were dirty.

NEVER AGAIN! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I will never stay here again! We did not have a hair dryer in the bathroom also my flat sheet had burn marks on it I called down to the desk and nothing was done about bringing me a new one. The room smelled like a swamp the entire time we were there the air conditioner is absolutely horrible and loud and stinks! Spokennoise the property is not clean and our room was extremely run down with paint scratches doors that didn't shut right the bathroom had a very foul oder. We were not happy but did not have a backup plan and were ignored the first time we asked for anything on Thursday August 27.

Good Enough

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and overall my experience was decent but not outstanding. The location was convenient—close to restaurants and public transportation—which made getting around much easier. The staff were generally polite and helpful, especially at check-in, and I appreciated their quick responses to questions. The room itself was clean, but it felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were flat, and the air conditioning unit was a little noisy at night. The bathroom was functional but small, with only basic toiletries provided. Amenities were hit-or-miss. The Wi-Fi worked fine most of the time but cut out occasionally. The continental breakfast was average—nothing special, just the basics like toast, cereal, and coffee. The common areas looked better maintained than the rooms. Overall, this hotel is fine if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and don’t mind a few minor inconveniences. It’s not luxury, but it gets the job done.

This was probably one the worst places, Ive stayed in years. They are renovating, which I get, but we rented two rooms, both had spiders and roaches. One room smelt moldy and musty with the smoke alarm beeping. The hallways had furniture in them and smelt like skunk and saw dust. We ended up not staying. The front desk but at checkin was nice and friendly. The one when we decided to not stay didn't know what to do. Maintaince guy was very apologetic but seems to be doing majority of the work around there. The pool is not in working order as stated on their website. We were not only family that ended up leaving that evening. Definitely will not stay there again

Let me start by saying the property is under construction. While this was not disclosed in any booking notes, when we arrived my kids sarcastically said, “I didn’t realize we were going to the Ritz in a gated community?!” There are construction gates surrounding the building. When walking in, it feels updated and so were 2/3 of our rooms, though doors and jams are still needing to be dealt with properly and professionally. The room that was not updated at least had new mattresses, the sitting chair had holes throughout, old furniture, and odd light switches. The plumbing across all rooms WAS TERRIBLE! The outdoor pool is not open!! The hotel smelled like a fresh smoked marijuana shop throughout the halls. The dining room had minimal seating and the breakfast was aweful! The waffle batter tasted sour! Overall, I gave it two stars because they are at least attempting to renovate the building, but they really should disclose this when booking.
