Have no idea how the hotel was. I didn’t stay there due to a water main break. I did interact with the front desk. I was sent an email stating they had a water main break. I found that literally by accident. I called the number listed & talked to the front desk. After I said hello & she explained about the water problem there was no further discussion on her part. Ultimately I asked what Holiday Inn could do she said I could book a room at another Holiday Inn. No offer as to her doing the booking. When prompted she did state I could book a room at Holiday Inn in Liberty, MO. She didn’t know how far away it was from my preferred location. When we started to look into booking & she found out that my original booking had been done thru Expedia, she said that I had to call Expedia. Didn’t offer a phone number to Expedia. So yes I had a bad time due to a poorly trained front desk woman.

we got to our room and we booked a double queen with roll in shower because my mom's in a wheelchair. It was a normal room. I went back to the desk and they told me it was booked. I showed them my receipt that showed i booked the handicap room and then they said it was out of order

No hot water for the two days we were there, paid $300 for the bed and TV we barely watched and had to sponge bath. Water pressure was terrible too. Plumber apparently couldn’t come for days to fix problem so no customer st the hotel could take a shower during their stay. Usually I have no problems with Holiday Inn. Also will never pay via hotels.com ahead of showing up to destination due to issue with getting refund for trip. Made the trip more negative than a positive experience.

We booked this room for 3 nights. Room was not clean when we arrived. We had water issues our whole stay. No hot water and water pressure was an issue. For the amount you pay it’s not worth the hassle of changing room multiple times. The location of the hotel is also strange and tucked away. I would never stay here again!

Everything was just fine except they were having plumbing problems so didn't have water pressure or hot water. Once they get that squared away, it will be a very nice spot to stay and reasonable price.

No hot water

The biggest complaint is we informed when we checked in they didn't have any hot water and it's been out of and on for two weeks. They said we could maybe get a free breakfast when we checked out or a partial credit. We took the credit. My question is how can a restaurant be open without hot water? Can't believe, if they knew, how the health department would allow a restaurant to be open!

The hotel did not have hot water during our stay. We were not informed at check in and found out at 10:30 at night )after traveling and sightseeing all day) when trying to take a shower. They said it had been an issue a few weeks and several plumbers had taken a looked, fixed it an hour or so and then it stops working again. Super inconvenient! How are they washing dishes or sanitizing towels? The one night we went to the bar, the bartender was friendly but did not know how to make a martini She said they trained her three hours and let her go on her own.. ok, maybe it’s a staffing issue but either don’t share those details, or fake it til you make it. They did not have the olives or Vermouth so no martini for me anyway.
