We attempted to check in early due to my daughter having a gymnastics meet same day and wanted her to stretch after driving 4hrs. Our room wasn’t done and they put us somewhere else to accommodate. We were very appreciative of this. The staff were nice as well.

We were told that our reservation for a King Bed shouldn’t have been booked through hotels.com because they didn’t have any available. Instead we were given two queen size beds. Also on the third floor where we had to use the stairs with someone who has breathing challenges. Their elevator was broken. I feel like we should have been compensated for this.

the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the gentleman on maintenance that i’d spoken too. but in terms of condition of the room that we stayed in, it was bad. there was an infestation of stink bugs by the ac unit, the tv was broken, the door to our room did not close all the way, the lock on said door was also ripped off entirely, the bathroom door did not lock, and the state of the shower itself was not good.
