the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the gentleman on maintenance that i’d spoken too. but in terms of condition of the room that we stayed in, it was bad. there was an infestation of stink bugs by the ac unit, the tv was broken, the door to our room did not close all the way, the lock on said door was also ripped off entirely, the bathroom door did not lock, and the state of the shower itself was not good.

The front desk staff were friendly , but the pool was closed and out of order probably my fault should’ve called ahead to see and the elevator was down. The room was dusty but it was fairly clean just had to wipe it down a little . Guest quiet and so it was relaxing and didn’t seem to be a busy hotel which was nice .

The hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There was a horrible smell in the entire hotel. It was very dirty. You could see dirt piles on the floors like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The pool was closed, but we were not informed of this until after we checked in. The elevator stopped working several times. The staff was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience if you even said hello to them. We had booked 2 nights and checked out first thing in the morning after the first night of being there.

We went online to reserve our room. We said first floor. Im handicap and have a hard time walking and have a hard time with stairs. The elevator was broken and hotel put us on the second floor. We stayed for five days and only gave us clean towels once. Didn’t clean our room and take our trash. Asked for a discount they said we would have to get a hold of hotel.com

This hotel was terrible. Didn’t even stay for more than 5 minutes. The front desk staff was rude and not interested in accommodating any needs. The first floor was under construction and there was no elevator working to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors where the rooms were available. The room itself smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes! Would never stay here. Terrible experience.

Hotel was great other than they were renovating at the time and no elevator or pool. But when my husband had a stroke our 2nd day there, they reimbursed me for my third night cause i had to check out to be with him. Very appreciative.

Reserved a room with two queen beds and the beds were about full size not queen size. Saturday morning at 7:30am they had no waffle mix or eggs. The swimming pool was closed but we were not aware of that until check in. Our room door did not close on it's own you had to push it or pull it.

Very overpriced hotel for what you get. There was construction going on, stairs seemed dirty, tub in room was clogging, room smelled old and had unpleasant air quality that resembled cigarette smoke trapped in the walls from many years ago.
