Everything was great except no sugar on Sunday and no flavored creamer for the coffee since Thursday. We went and bought some for our 3 day stay which was fine.

The room was immaculate and very spacious. The layout of the room and bathroom was perfect. Everything you needed was in the kitchenette including a large refrigerator and dishwasher. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

The facility was immaculately clean. The room was amazing The staff was extremely friendly the particular day we were there. The breakfast was not my forte so maybe just a few changes to that otherwise it was outstanding.And I would definitely stay again

This is a brand new hotel. The room was spacious and the kitchen in the room was well stocked with dishes, pans and small appliances. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We have stayed at several Residence Inns in the Midwest and East Coast and have always been impressed with the breakfast buffet. The Battle Creek location had very little variety and the food seemed as if some/many items were reheated from the previous day. Examples are COLD oatmeal and tough to cut, let alone eat, turkey sausage patties. On our final morning there were no bagels or even bread for toast available. The first few days of our stay there was no salt and pepper! How do you serve scrambled eggs with no condiments? We did not use the pool and could not do laundry on site as the dryers had not yet been installed. We were able to do laundry at the Hilton next door, but it was much less convenient. Hope they improve the breakfast buffet.
