First thing I did when I went into the room was kill a cockroach. Luckily I was just there for a couple hours of sleep each night. Kept my bags zipped up and everything off the floor. Shower fixtures not secured to the wall.

First room we got the AC was broken and blowing hot air. It felt like a sauna. They switched us no problem. New Room was ok. Elevator was broken. Rooms were under construction and wide open leaving the dirty construction smell in the hallway. First glance rooms were clean but when you looked closer there was dust everywhere. The toilet seat was broken. The ceiling over the shower was bubbled like it had a leak from the room above. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place.

The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel.

First off, the elevator was out of service and our room was on the third floor. We're no spring chickens so it was a difficult climb. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Also, there was no chair for the desk. I asked the front desk person and he said that he would bring one up. We never received it. The hair dryer was dusty and dirty. There was mold in the tub. One positive thing was that the beds were comfortable. I stayed at this hotel a few other times, which was a good 10 years ago and it was a nice stay. But, this wasn't. We won't book there again.

Rooms had busted lamp shades on all the lights, lots of water damage all over the ceiling. We had a Very run down room. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The pool was too cold to swim in. It was not an ideal place to stay at all. The breakfast was ok and the person working was nice but that was about it. A refund is needed.

Check in was easy and fast. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and lots of different options. Room was not the cleanest!!! Cobwebs were hanging from the curtains. Lots of dust on the lamps. Cobwebs in between wall and cabinets. I might think twice about staying again. The price was great but expected the room to be cleaner for the price.
