The hotel was terrible over all. Not as pictured. We got there and our bathroom was dirty, towels were thrown in the sink. In the middle of the night the huge wall mirror fell off the wall, this clearly wasnt the first time as there were 4 holes from prior anchors hanging the mirror, and the front desk person said oh yeah, that happened sometimes so they weren’t surprised either. The wall outlet to plug in my phone by the nightstand, pulled completely out of the wall, including the entire electrical box. Would never stay here again.

I’m not sure where the disconnect was, whether it was hotels.com or the actual hotel. I placed the reservation same day, 3 hours before arrival. I went to check in and they said there was no such reservation given my “itinerary number” which is different than a confirmation number, not sure why Hotels.com would not provide. I did have a receipt and it was still not good enough. I used the chat feature and requested they call the hotel and magically it appeared. Given the check in process I’m giving 4 stars. It was clean and comfortable.

Worst hotel ever! Line for breakfast was 30 minutes long, left, came back, was 40 minutes long! Kids are hungry and cranky we didn't get breakfast. One working elevator is unusable, every time it opens it is jammed with people or laundry carts. Staying here was an enormous mistake.
