The room was abhorrently neglected. We refused to stay the night. We found clumps of hair on the floor, the dust in the bathroom fan was 1/8" thick and there was some sort of smell they were attempting to cover up. We were in the room less than 10 minutes. I understand Super 8 is a budget hotel, but this was downright dirty and neglected.

First thing, the hotel was disgusting, no hot water, we could feel the cold air coming from the windows. Also when we made the reservation it was written FREE BREAKFAST. That was a lie, when we got there, we ask where to go for the free breakfast he told us theres no breakfast only coffee....we didn't stay the 2 days because of all of those reasons...Worst hotel!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. We checked in and checked out within 7 minutes because the property was nothing like the photos and felt completely unsafe. The doors to the rooms are outside, the area felt sketchy. We didn’t use the room, didn’t use the bathroom, and didn’t stay at all — but the staff still tried to charge us and refused to refund the deposit. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. We chose this hotel because it was near MetLife Stadium, but the actual conditions were nothing like what was advertised. If safety, cleanliness, and honesty matter to you, do NOT stay here.

Table legs were not leveled When we turned on the jet for the hot tub. Things started floating around the water. Coming from the jet. We drained and refilled and after it was fine. Shower has a sliding door but seemed dangerous. As for when we slid it open. The door would push out so we thought it could break. The two chairs looked gross. The bed was not that comfortable and sheets and comforter was very thin. Staff just told me they would mention to the manager but no solution given

The room needs an upgrade. The heat barely worked. There was a horrible draft from the entrance door that made the room cold & the heat didn't get warm enough in the room. The walls recently had the drywall changed but they failed to repaint the whole room afterwards. Parking was good, well lit, lots of cameras (not sure if they worked).
