"Walking into the room, it looked pretty clean. There was a shelf to put stuff, side tables to charge phones, lights, a mini fridge and television. The shower was pretty tall and spacious, which my boyfriend enjoyed since he’s tall. There wasn’t many towels in the room, so my boyfriend went to go get more. They were accommodating. There wasn’t many towels only two little bars of soap in the bathroom. No shampoo or anything just incase people are wondering. The bathroom floor was also bubbling up. The shower though had fantastic water pressure and heat. Never had an issue with that. Definitely check the fridge when you first arrive. Ours was turned up to 7. It ended up freezing our food overnight. We went in April, because of this time the AC isn’t allowed to be used. Only the heat. So if you sleep hot, bring a fan. The walls are super thin. The first night we were there, at 2 am our neighbors cell phone was vibrating. It felt like it was in our room. Super loud. It didn’t stop until 6 am. The bed was super hard as well. Both my boyfriend and I were hurting the next morning. He said he felt the spring hitting his back. The next day was worse. We had really loud neighbors partying in the room adjacent to us. It was so loud that it felt like it was in our room. Needless to say, for the few nights we were there, we didn’t get much sleep. Even walked into the main office to check out, and a cop was there looking for someone. I don’t think I’d stay here again."

"1st, I'm guessing you have to request to have your room cleaned, but don't tip the maids like I did after requesting it and they never cleaned the room. 2nd, their phones were down all week. 3rd, you have to call from your cellphone to request towels which they bring up the first time. The second time I had to go downstairs to pick up my towels. 3rd, my wife almost fell in the shower after grabbing the safety bar (inside the shower) which fell off. Inconsistently disappointing me. They have a new manager and probably a different staff from last year. On a good note, they have free coffee. "
