Room not to bad other then toilet not flushing with handle we had to remove the cap from the toilet so we can flush by pulling up the toilet strap every time we used the restroom the shower was clogged water was filling up shower had to unclog shower and pulled out so much hair I notified one of the morning staff and another staff was listening in but they didn’t really seem to care there was a tile broken off the wall my noticed it when I walked it kept falling off my daughter tripped over it and fell . Night staff at check in wasn’t help full at all didn’t give us much information Day shift staff were very helpful breakfast was not the best the best thing there was the cereal Dining room area is nice over all it was a good stay

The location was easy to find. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels. We always enjoy Best Western and their breakfasts. However, this one hit it out of the park! They had a cook custom prepare your eggs-scrambles, over easy, or omelette with a multitude of different ingredients. It was incredible!
