Stayed here with my fiance and her three boys. Super friendly staff at check in. Room was more than sufficient for a good night's sleep. Room temp was perfect (outside was freezing, room was nice and warm). Would definitely stay here again.

As you asked, we were told if the room gets too hot just shut heating off completely and turn on box fan. Ie no real ability to control temperature with thermostat was the implication. Very late checking in and so did not say anything abd went to bed. Sure enough by 6am room very hot sweating to find temp at 80. Took some time to find off button to switch all off. Could not figure out box fan cooling or whatever was meant by that. So simply left front door open in early sunlight for 5 minutes to let below zero winter air come in while my family slept under covers as neighbors leaving for skiing walked by and saw us all in bed. Sigh. Clearly based on your questioning others have complained it seems. They still need to fix it. Kind of unacceptable.
