Weekend Getaway

It was a getaway trip for my granddaughter and I. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room, but the first thing I noticed is the cleanliness so it was really nice to come back to at the end of our outings. Staff was incredibly friendly and I felt very comfortable there.

Did not have the opportunity to stay due to an airline cancellation, but was absolutely thrilled and appreciated the fantastic customer service I received over the phone. While I had booked a nonrefundable rate, this hotel was extremely understanding and accommodating to refund my entire amount spent. If I make it to that area, I will definitely stay there based on them doing the right thing.
