"This accommodation is towards the end of the town, but it's an easy and pleasant walk to the shops and restaurants. The accommodation choices are wide ranging. We chose a two bedroom suite and it was a very generous size with a great modern kitchen area and lounge. The patio was appreciated, even in October. The bathroom was modern, with plenty of high quality towels and toiletries provided. The lounge furniture could have done with updating. The beds were comfy, with quality linen. Good service of the suite was provided every day. We had to carry our own cases up the stairs (no lift) , despite being told to wait for help - that was our only complaint. The place is well heated in the winter months - very warm! The Inn restaurant served excellent food. We enjoyed the pool area and hot tub. There's certainly plenty to do in Jasper and the surrounding lakes."

"Overall our stay was great. We did find some stains on the sheets as soon as we got into the room, which was concerning, but the rest of the room was very clean. I would say if you are pregnant, this might not be the hotel for you. The towel bar is directly in front of the sink in the bathroom parallel to the counter so washing your face or using the sink is extra hard cuz the towel bar and pregnant belly get in the way. The tub is also very tall, which is great for baths but not so much for getting in and out of to shower while pregnant."
